Each room has:
• A power shower as well as an old fashioned bath.
• An iron and ironing board, hairdryer and straightener, bottled water and CD/Radio Alarm Clock.
• A fold down bed if required for a third person sharing the room.
• All our mattresses are foot deep highly sprung densely padded vastly comfortable creations!
• Bedlinen crisp white and towels soft cream

• Tea and home-baking on arrival.
• Safe parking plus secure parking in enclosed garage if required.
• Bicycles are available for guests use
• Local maps and plentiful information on local attractions and activities.
• Guests are welcome to get acquainted with all our animals: dogs: Buttercup the Dalmation and Gwen the Pom, two cats: Lucky and Very Lucky, Anne the Horse, and Toby the pony, donkeys: Mutt and Jeff, two sheep (unnamed), pigs in season, laying hens, and our two hardworking drakes keeping the slugs and snails at bay in the rose garden!
• The enclosed rear court yard and a dry shed are available for your dogs, (no snakes allowed)

The Yellow Room The Yellow Room has a queen sized four poster. Together with the adjoining Mauve Room this makes a perfect family or friends-sharing suite. It has a most pleasant view across the rose garden to the Curlew Mountains.	The Blue Room The Blue Room has twin beds which can be made up as a 6' superking bed as required. Its bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath as well as a power shower. Its south and west facing windows capture loads of sunlight.	The Red Room The Red Room is our best bedroom with a super king size four poster bed and its bathroom definitely borders on luxurious! The sun rises through the east facing window, while its front window overlooks the paddock.
Introducing our three smaller bedrooms Renovated in the back half of the house Room rates including breakfast are €42.50 per person sharing or €49 for single occupancy in The Mauve, Green and Cream Rooms.
The Mauve Room The new Mauve Room now hitches onto the Yellow Room by sharing its bathroom! It makes the perfect family or friends-sharing suite. It has a high old fashioned 4' mahogany bed. Of course the rooms can be used separately too by locking one bathroom door.\|	The Green Room The Green Room makes a very comfortable single or intimate double! Like the Cream Room it has a power shower but no bath. Its two windows look into the courtyard and rose garden.	The Cream Room The cream room has two windows overlooking the courtyard. It is a cosy double or spacious single. Like The Green Room it has a 4'6" double bed.These rooms being smaller are less expensive.
