Room rates including breakfast are €45 per person sharing or €50 for single occupancy in The Yellow, Blue and Red Rooms.

Each room has:
• A power shower as well as an old fashioned bath.
• An iron and ironing board, hairdryer and straightener, bottled water and CD/Radio Alarm Clock.
• A fold down bed if required for a third person sharing the room.

• Tea and home-baking on arrival.
• Pets are welcome in the enclosed courtyard to the rear of the house.
• Safe parking plus secure parking in enclosed garage if required.
• Bicycles are available for guests use
• Local maps and plentiful information on local attractions and activities.
• Guests are welcome to get acquainted with all our animals: dogs, cats, horses, donkey and hens!

Yellow Room The Yellow Room has twin beds which can also be made into a Super Kingsize bed. It has a nice view of the rose garden & Curlew Mountains.		Blue Room The Blue Room has an Empire Style Queensize bed and an open fire but its bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath as well as a power shower.		Red Bedroom The Red Room is our best bedroom with a super king size four poster bed and it's bathroom definitely borders on luxurious!
