Breakfast
is a generous buffet of freshly stewed fruits, organic
cereals, yoghurt, preserves, honey and freshly baked
brown and white breads.
Eggs are enthusiastically provided
by our own hens. Guests are welcome to collect them
from the hen house and herbs from the herb garden, from
which we'll make a delicious omlette. Eggs can also
be boiled, poached or served as part of a traditional
Irish breakfast.
Tea and coffee making facilities
are available at all times in the dining room. |

SITTING ROOM

A bright open fire welcomes
guests in the evening.
Tea and home baking are served on arrival.
Guests are welcome to relax here with lots of books,
board games, flat screen TV and a piano.
The sitting room overlooks the rose garden where guests
are also welcome to sit on warm summer evenings. |
