Our Breakfast

Breakfast starts with a hospitable buffet including:

• Orange juice freshly squeezed in our own kitchen
• Seasonal fresh, dried, and stewed fruits (we grow our own plums, pears, rhubarb, apples and soft fruits)
• Full fat creamy yoghurt
• A selection of cereals including homemade granola and freshly cooked organic porridge
• Homemade bread and preserves
• Raw food breakfast available upon request at an extra charge

Followed by a choice of:

• Traditional Irish Breakfast: Bacon, egg, sausage, pudding, tomato
  (or any combintation, addition or deletion of the above list!)
• Scrambled eggs (plain or) with smoked salmon
• Omlette (plain or) with fresh herbs or cheese or tomato or bacon
• Pancakes and crispy bacon with honey or maple syrup
• Poached eggs
• Frenetically boiled eggs!

Tea and coffee can be made at all times at the dining room sideboard

Afteroon Tea at 5.00pm in the Sitting Room

The sittng room overlooks the rose garden where guests may also sit to enjoy the Afternoon Tea served around 5.00pm, check-in time,when it's warm enough or by a bright open fire when evenings are chilly.

Guests are welcome to relax here with lots of books, board games, flat screen TV, piano and laptop with WiFi.
